Your Site Fees cover the rental cost of your holiday home plot, maintenance of the park and grounds, full access to leisure facilities (subject to availability), our customer team support, park security, street lighting, refuse collection, water and office administration.

MAINTENANCE: Our team will maintain the park and grounds around your holiday home, all year round
FACILITIES: Complimentary use of our facilities, subject to availability*
SECURITY: Park Security throughout the year*

Single Lodge Front Row/Bards Rest Pitch Fee	10 month season 7th March – 7th January	£6,617.35
Double Lodge Front Row Pitch Fee	10 month season 7th March – 7th January	£8,180.13

When it comes to annual running costs, you’ll also need to consider expenses such as local authority rates, gas, electricity, and insurance at the time of purchase.
