What do the Site Fees Cover?
Your Site Fees cover the rental cost of your holiday home plot, maintenance of the park and grounds, full access to leisure facilities (subject to availability), our customer team support, park security, street lighting, refuse collection, water and office administration.
- YOUR PLOT: The rental cost of the plot where your holiday home is situated
- MAINTENANCE: Our team will maintain the park and grounds around your holiday home, all year round
- FACILITIES: Complimentary use of our facilities, subject to availability*
- SECURITY: Park Security throughout the year*
